At Cool Runnings, our mission has always been simple—to serve with integrity, lead with purpose, and deliver meaningful outcomes that strengthen the missions of the Federal agencies we support.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of serving the Federal Government from both leadership and operational perspectives, working alongside dedicated public servants, acquisition professionals, and industry partners committed to improving services for our nation's veterans, service members, and citizens. These experiences have reinforced a principle that continues to guide our company: exceptional results are achieved through trusted relationships, collaboration, and an unwavering commitment to mission success.

One of those trusted relationships is our partnership with SigmaBahn. Although our organizations are independent, our founders have worked together for many years and share remarkably similar values, leadership philosophies, and a passion for serving Federal customers. Together, we believe that technical excellence must always be complemented by integrity, accountability, empathy, and a genuine commitment to those we serve.

Our professional backgrounds are highly complementary. Collectively, we bring decades of experience supporting Federal agencies such as: Department of Defense (DoD), U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Department of Transportation (DOT), and other civilian and defense organizations. Our experience spans both Government leadership and contractor delivery, providing us with a balanced understanding of agency priorities, stakeholder expectations, acquisition challenges, and successful program execution.
